  • We take our time to get it right — each print is made to order.

    • Framed fine art prints: Around 15 business days for printing and framing.

    • Unframed prints: Around 5 business days for printing and packing before dispatch.

    Once your order is on its way, we’ll email you a tracking number.

    • Within Australia: Most deliveries arrive 2–4 business days after dispatch.

    • International: Delivery times vary depending on your location and our courier partner. You’ll also get tracking updates directly from them.

    • Australia: Free shipping on all orders — always.

    • International: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

  • We put a lot of care into making your print just for you. Because each piece is custom-made to your selected size and frame, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please take your time when choosing.

  • We want your artwork to arrive in perfect condition. If it doesn’t, please let us know within 3 days of delivery by emailing gallery@theyester.com with:

    1. Your order number

    2. Clear photos of the damage

    3. A short description of the issue

    If your delivery was handled by our preferred art courier, we’ll arrange a replacement right away.
